The beauty of travel is, the world is full of different spots, and the people that have the desire to be there. This can be a temporary fix, IE: a Vacation, or pack your bags and move!

The "Retreat"

The Retreat is Celebrity Cruises top of the line (and most of the ships) where your wishes are fulfilled.

The unexpected find, a well hidden diamond in the ruff

When you are out and about, keep and open mine. The above location was not on my "Bucket List" but there it was, on a good friends list and away "we went". An amazing facility, incredibly clean and oh so photographic! Out of the 24 guests with us, I was the

only one that was clueless of where in the world I was, but I loved it as much as the rest of them! Life is one adventure after another, enjoy the ride.

Machu Picchu!

I do love Machu Picchu and I love to hike, so that was a good thing here! The top of this mountain is only 905 feet higher than Machu Picchu, but it is pretty much Straight up, and the down! However, WELL worth the trek!

"Sacsayhuamán"

Built years ago, this amazing ruins is just outside of Cusco and is one location I will take you to, just to see the size, and details of the "building blocks" use to construct the walls. This year in 2023 I we will be attending a festival that is the last celebration in the city each and every year. You can follow my blog on this new sight to see for me and if you decide to join us it is one you will see!

Childhood memories & desires to drive where James Bond did?

From 1964 when "Goldfinger" came out I had burning desire to drive the Swiss Alps, just like James Bond did years ago. The above location was on my "Bucket List", and I finally made my dream come true, and YES sir, it was Paradise for me! The moral to the story is, "it's never too late", make up your mind and do it! Another reason you may want to reach out to me, I can make things happen while you relax and enjoy them.

Behind every corner waits another spectacular view and motorists who understand why the Furka Pass among all the beautiful Swiss alpine passes was the chosen location to shoot scenes of the 1964 James Bond Goldfinger movie, I agree! - Rod Hunt
